Send the job. I’ll send the price.
Three ways to reach me, ranked by how fast you’ll get an answer. WhatsApp wins because a photo tells me more than a paragraph — and I can reply between jobs without stopping the drill.

Four things that get you a price in one reply
- A photo of the job. The wall, the tap, the boxes — whatever it is, as it is.
- One sentence on what you want. “Mount this TV” beats three paragraphs.
- Your area. Postcode or town is enough — see where I work.
- When suits. Weekdays, Saturday, or “whenever” — all fine.

Goes straight to my phone. Same reply time as WhatsApp on working days. Got a photo of the job? WhatsApp is quicker.
Before you message
How fast will you reply?
Usually within the hour on working days (Mon–Sat, 8–6), and I check messages in the evening. If I’m under a sink when you call, I’ll ring back the moment my hands are free.
Do I need to be home for a quote?
No — a photo quote is a real quote. I only visit to quote for big or unusual jobs, and I’ll tell you if yours is one.
What does it cost to ask?
Nothing. Quotes are free; the £50 minimum applies to visits, not to messages.
Emergency?
I’m not a 24/7 service, but call anyway — if water’s coming through a ceiling I’ll at least talk you through isolating it and point you to the right person if I can’t come.
